Hello everyone,
I'm wondering if anyone has run into this problem while applying for a 13A probationary visa.

I paid the application fee on September 2 and had my interview on September 7. During the interview, the officer said the marital status on the NBI clearance I submitted was wrong and told me to get a new one.

On September 15, I went back to the Bureau of Immigration and submitted the newly issued NBI clearance to the same office where I had my interview.

Since then, I've been checking the website every day, but my application number doesn't seem to show up. I've also checked the Board of Commissioners agenda, but I still can't find any information about my application.

Is it normal for an application not to appear at all in the online verification system? If anyone has gone through the same thing, please let me know how long it took before your application showed up or you heard back.

Thanks in advance for your help!

Yes, that's normal. I checked the status every day for 3 months, and then one day I looked at the agenda and we were finally on it! 3 days later the status changed to approved. It usually takes 3-4 months!!!

Try checking again. Try putting both your first name and middle name in the first name field.

You need to check on the agenda page. That's correct.
