The most dangerous thing here is bumping your head on the top when getting into a jeepney.

It's kind of funny, but the staging is way too obvious.

Just so you know, if you're living abroad you can't use Part B. And if you don't pay the Part B premium, you'll also lose Tricare.
When I talk with Western people here, it's usually pleasant. Still, I'm from New York City, so I wouldn't try to hit on someone in an elevator just because they're white. There's an unspoken sense that we're both white Westerners, and because of that shared trait, there's a bit of awkwardness about feeling like we should or shouldn't do something. There are plenty of white guys here who don't want to get involved because of political views or personal habits. Just being white doesn't break down that kind of wall. So in the elevator, I get off on my floor and go about my business.
You can buy them online. I strongly recommend 2GO for going to Coron (Palawan).
It depends on your skills... If you have skills that are needed in the Philippines, you can find a job with a fairly good salary quite easily. I've been a foreigner living here for 13 years, worked for 11 and a half years, and I live quite comfortably... I spent the remaining 1.5 years getting my master's degree here. However, don't expect regular jobs like retail or BPO staff... there are plenty of skilled Filipinos for those. It's difficult, but not impossible.
They're all so round.
If you get hurt in a tricycle or jeepney, you already have a doctor's appointment lined up, right?
The Firestick started blocking a bunch of things, so I switched to an Nvidia Shield.

"If you don't know his next move, how would they know?" \- Me just now
Please leave the dog behind. That's my suggestion. You can send for it later.

Foreigners have no rights here. I bought a 3-bedroom house directly from a builder, and during the first heavy rain in Ugi, the indoor ceilings in two rooms collapsed. When I went to the builder, they said it was my problem. There's no construction warranty in the Philippines, so be very careful about any warranty or guarantee here. I once bought a USB from a famous shop, and they put their own warranty sticker on it, but the warranty was only 7 days. As I said, watch out for fake warranties.
Your wife can reacquire Philippine citizenship (under the dual citizenship law, i.e., the Philippine citizenship retention and re-acquisition act). That would also let you avoid the land size restrictions here.

I'd hold out for six hours straight, and then suddenly the gay energy would take over my body for the rest of the day.
Short answer: there isn't one. Starlink would be your best bet.
The biggest mistake people make here is thinking that as soon as you start a business, it will succeed right away. No experience No study of how to run a business No business plan No market research No product-market fit Jumping in without starting small and cheap Start by doing research on paper. You can easily filter out business ideas that are doomed to fail before spending a single dime.
