Korean Snack Food (Bunsik) & Fried Chicken in Angeles City

These are the places to go in Angeles City when you miss simple Korean comfort food like gimbap, tteokbokki or fried chicken. Most are around Koreatown on Fil-Am Friendship Highway; Kimchi Korean Restaurant is on Fields Avenue near Walking Street.

For chicken there are Boom Chicken and Yellow Chicken. Boom Chicken offers fried, sweet-spicy, soy, garlic and green-onion chicken, plus draft beer and dried snacks, so it works like a Korean pub. Yellow Chicken is best known for a boneless set with three flavors (fried, sweet-spicy and kkanpung) and also serves rabokki and rosé tteokbokki. Both deliver, so you can order to your hotel.
