This is a Western-style café restaurant inside ABC Hotel at 21st Street, Don Juico Ave, Angeles. It is the hotel's own restaurant, and a 2020 blog post describes it as running a café, bakery, and bar together, serving wine, pizza, and pasta. Aqua Beach Club is in the same building.

Several reviews say the vintage-style interior is elegant and great for taking photos. Some reviews also mention a tropical-style seating area next to the pool, an open kitchen you can see into, and a cooking activity corner for kids. Many reviews say the staff are cheerful, friendly, and attentive. However, one review said the seats without air conditioning were hot and humid.

Many reviews say the wide mix of American, Italian, and Filipino dishes gives you plenty to choose from. Reviews mention Angus steak, wood-fired Neapolitan pizza, pasta, burgers, vegetarian bowls, an all-day breakfast menu, and shakes, and some reviews praise the pizza, cocktails, burgers, and salmon dish. On the other hand, several reviews say the breakfast food arrived cold, they waited a long time, or the portions and taste were disappointing for the price. According to a 2026 blog post, the menu and prices change often by season, so it's best to check before you visit.

According to Google Maps' popular times, it is busiest around 11 PM on Friday nights, and that crowd lasts until around midnight on Saturday. Around 10 PM on Monday nights and around 8 PM on Saturday evenings are also fairly busy, while the busy times are around 3 PM on Sundays and Tuesdays and around 6 AM on Wednesdays. According to Google Maps, reservations and takeout are available, and it is listed as a good place for groups or for going with kids.

According to Google Maps, there is free parking, and the restaurant has a wheelchair-accessible entrance, seating, restroom, and parking space. SM City Clark is about 200 m away, and 69 Rock Bar is about 150 m away. You can make inquiries by phone, Facebook, or the website.
