This is a JTV bar on Surla St (Surla Street) in Balibago, Angeles. You can enjoy both shows and karaoke here, and it is close to MacArthur Highway.

It's a place where you drink while watching stage shows. One review says the atmosphere is completely different from the go-go bars on Walking Street. Several reviews say the compact size makes it a good place to hang out with friends, singing along over beers. Another review says the food and entertainment were decent. One review describes it as a neighborhood bar to stop by when you want to spend a quiet time away from the crowded nightlife district. On Google Maps, it's listed as suitable for groups and as a place that serves beer. It has restrooms, and it's marked as not suitable for children.

One review says prices are higher than at the bars on Walking Street. Another review says staff frequently urged them to order extra drinks while they were seated, which felt like pressure. It's a good idea to ask about drink prices before you order.

According to the popular times on Google Maps, it's busiest around 10–11 PM every night. Among those, around 11 PM on Friday night is the busiest time of the week. Thursday and Saturday nights are also fairly busy. On Saturday, it stays busy until around midnight, 12 AM on Sunday morning. Tuesday night is relatively quiet.
