Globe has banned Discord

Going by this post, it looks like they're already blocking Discord and Reddit. Can anyone here confirm? I'm on Smart.

Looks like it's time to get your VPNs ready or change your DNS

People shouldn't be using their ISP's DNS anyway. These bans are a non-issue for anyone remotely competent.

What's the government's reasoning? Banning speech rarely ends well for a government.

What happened

The government's 24-hour deadline has passed. Reddit got an extension, but Discord wasn't so lucky. So the government has put a DNS-level block on Discord until further notice.
