"Accountability is out of stock, sir!" I can't even pretend to be surprised... it's the Philippines. I've completely given up on this country. Whatever good things they copy from the US, they do half-heartedly, and the bad things they copy all the way to insanity.

So glad the millennia-old problem of criminal capacity got solved in five lines by a redneck.

There's not much accountability in the Philippines. My ex-girlfriend's brother always rode his motorbike drunk, and one night he killed another motorcyclist. The CCTV clearly showed he was at fault, and his short hospital stay revealed he was drunk. The result: no jail time. He sold a cow and paid off the dead man's family so they wouldn't file a case. And since he never had a license in the first place, he doesn't have to worry about losing it. So he's still drink-driving, and eventually he'll kill someone else. This 'no accountability' thing in the Philippines is a horrible experiment gone wrong.
