Opening an RCBC Hexagon account in Makati: will they take a Maya statement as proof of address? Branch recommendations?

Hi everyone,

I'm planning to open an RCBC account and upgrade it to Hexagon Club. I already use a Maya account that's fully verified under my exact passport name.

Has anyone recently used a digital bank statement (SOA) like Maya's as their main proof of address (POA) at RCBC? Will the branch manager accept a printed PDF statement?

Also, since branches have a lot of discretion here, which RCBC branches in the Makati CBD area are known to be the most expat-friendly and accommodating with Hexagon Club applications? I was thinking of the flagship branch at Yuchengco Tower, but I'd love to hear about your actual experiences.
