This MG RX9 PHEV comes with Bose speakers, double-pane glass, and 100km of electric range.

Back in 2019, before I switched to electric, I spent quite a bit on soundproofing and audio tuning for my Honda Odyssey Hybrid. The parallel-import warranty terms were a lot looser back then, so I could do all of that.

There's just one thing I miss since switching to EVs here. You can't tune the audio, because touching it voids the warranty. So if you love listening to music in the car (I listen to lossless on Apple Music), this is worth weighing on top of the usual specs.

That said, MG cars have a pretty aggressive front end too. Nice to look at!

I hate MG cars. Had two of them in Thailand and it was one problem after another. Never again, that's for sure.

I'll stick with my Ford Territory Hybrid Titanium X. Full charge and a full tank gets you 1000km of range.
