Definitely the Belmont! You can literally walk there. Friendly staff, amazing breakfast. Either way, think about where you're flying to as well.

I stay at the Bayview Park. It's 30 minutes away, but very clean with reasonable rates.

You can pick anywhere from Newport City (the closest) out to Pasay, BGC or Makati. They're all a short Grab ride from the airport.
