How big is the transformer you're tied into? I have an 18kW solar plant but I'm having trouble getting net metering. They say our 15Kv transformer has to be upgraded to 25Kv, at 150k to do it. I'm not going to? But I don't get it, since I'll set my plant to only export 2 or 3kWh once my batteries are charged
