That's what's called needing a vacation.

The waiver is the first 29-day extension after the initial 30-day stamp you get on arrival. Your next extension has to be done in person, because it also includes the application for your ACR card. If by LSVVE you mean a 6-month extension, you're unlikely to get one. They're few and far between, only given in special circumstances, and only at the BI main office in Intramuros. The more likely sequence is: 30 days on arrival > 29-day visa waiver > 2-month extension + ACR card application in person at any BI office (if you pick the BI main office in Intramuros for this step, you'll get your ACR card the same day) > go to the LTO office for the license, and expect that you might have to pay a fixer to get around the 6-month visa requirement (it's not a bribe, it's a convenience fee lol).
As far as I know it's mostly in Tagalog-speaking areas.
OP, you say "I want to talk to people whose only goal in life isn't to meet and exploit poor women." But earlier you said "I don't give my partner a monthly allowance other than food, or I bought her a tablet or cake or some Jollibee." https://www.reddit.com/r/Philippines_Expats/comments/1u33j83/do_you_give_monthly_allowance_to_your_partner/
The inconsistencies. You've got 4 cashiers standing around but only one register open. There are police checkpoints to show the police are doing their job, but they ignore the crowd of riders stopped just short of the checkpoint. You go to a restaurant for the thing they're known for, and it's 'unavailable, sir.' The inconsistencies are frustrating
It's the Higantes Festival in the Philippines They're just faking the fall to entertain and surprise the crowd.

It's easy to make your own. A bit more work, but you can make a decent batch and freeze it in portions. You'll also know what's in it.
It's time to move on. Pick up your phone right now and delete the number and the texts. Go to Greenbelt in Makati, treat yourself to a nice coffee, walk around outside and clear your head.
It means they know what it's worth and they're hoping you'll offer more.

Honk Fu Hustle.

So where's the rest of the damn owl?
Keep your old passport and show it together with the new one.
Boracay is pretty advanced when it comes to infrastructure. The tricycles are electric and power outages are very rare. The roads are in good shape. It's well controlled and clean. But I'd guess it gets boring long term. I've only visited for a couple of days.
We live in the Hyatt. It's nice but it's in Uptown. If you want something similar, The Suites on High Street are nice too. Both will run around 2,800 USD (can't do the euro conversion off the top of my head)
I just gave my wife, back when she was still my girlfriend too, a Schwab card in my son's name. She takes out 40K at a time from a UnionBank ATM. I get slightly better rates than Wise (like, really slightly), and the ATM is in the next building.
Out of stock, sir
What was the final straw?
Hibachi so good it sends you into orbit

To go back to a time when this was all we could get on a pocket device… how innocent we were.
