2026 Subic Bay Freeport Halloween Celebration

📌 Halloween festivities will be held on October 30 and 31 at the Boardwalk Events Center and throughout the Subic Freeport Zone, featuring costume contests, night runs, and trick-or-treating.

The Halloween celebration is organized by the Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA), carrying on a tradition that American families brought to Subic when it was a U.S. Navy base.

On the first night, there will be a flash mob, decoration contest, parade vehicle competition, Halloween booth competition, adult and children's costume contests, and haunted house competition.

On the second day, a Halloween night run will take place. It includes a 1km pet run as well as 3km, 5km, and 10km categories, starting from Remy Field and running along the Freeport roads.

On October 31, a traditional trick-or-treat event will be held in the Binictican residential area, where residents hand out candy to children who knock on their doors.
