This is a condo-style hotel, a condotel, on New York Ave near Angeles Friendship. According to a 2015 blog post, it opened in a new building that year. It has been described as more of a condo where you stay and live in the room as if at home than a hotel. Several reviews say it is run by Koreans and that the staff are friendly.
The rooms have a separate bedroom and living room, and many reviews say they are spacious for the price; some reviews also mention that you can cook in the room. Blog posts from 2015 and 2016 describe a two-bedroom unit with one living room and two bedrooms. The description says a group can sleep in separate rooms and gather in the living room to hang out. Reviews say the building has a small swimming pool that is well maintained. Some reviews also mention a restaurant and a massage shop on the first floor. Several reviews say breakfast is included, but opinions are split between those who found it decent and those who found it disappointing.
There are downsides too. Some reviews say the building is old and somewhat worn, and several reviews mention waking up early in the morning because of noise from outside. Other reviews say there is no TV in the bedroom and the sofa is worn out, and that there was no backup generator during a power outage. An April 2026 review says that prolonged elevator maintenance inconvenienced guests on the upper floors.
It is away from the entertainment district on the Walking Street side, so getting around on foot is inconvenient. However, many reviews say the hotel's pickup and drop-off vehicle service to the airport, downtown, and the Clark golf courses made this no big problem. Some guests say they visit every year for golf trips, and one review mentions taking a Subic island-hopping tour through the front desk's introduction.
