In Europe it's hard to get a license
In the Philippines they don't even understand basic economics, the stock market, macro market movements or risk-to-reward ratios
When I ask an agent about that stuff, it feels like talking to a bird.
You're meeting salespeople, not real brokers. It's a numbers game.
You're not talking to brokers. Even real brokers here don't understand the basics. And in most European countries you don't need a license. You don't even need a high school diploma.
An agent for what? Real estate?
