I stayed at Uptown Park Suites 2 for a short while. It was okay. Security was a bit much when bringing visitors. Leaving aside the really expensive places, which condos in BGC would you say are best for the long term, based on location, amenities and upkeep (few to no roaches)?

The Park West buildings are great (Park West, Central Park West, Madison Park West, Time Square West).
The problem is any building that allows Airbnb won't be good. It'll have tight security and other problems.
Really depends on the area, your budget and what you're after (amenities? or just somewhere to sleep and lounge) Uptown - agree with the other commenter about Park West/Time Square. I viewed one and almost took it, but found a bigger loft for way cheaper nearby Central BGC - from what I've heard One Serendra (older building though) is great for expats, East/West Gallery too. I almost rented a unit in Verve/Maridien but didn't love the studio 😅 location is the best imo since it's right in the center Southern BGC - Trion is the best for me, big layouts and nice amenities. Pick Tower 3 since it's the newer one Burgos - haven't looked much here but I really liked Bellagio Pro tip: check Facebook Marketplace and groups for leads. When you view a place, test the water, electricity and appliances and ask what utilities usually run. Some agents will happily share Happy condo hunting! :)
I live in Bellagio Towers and really enjoy it. Great building, especially if you get the golf course view. 55k a month for a 60㎡ one-bedroom.
Serendra is the best option overall. Essensa is nice, but I don't know if they have smaller units.
