Anywhere good in Manila for Chicago-style deep dish pizza?

Crosta Pizzeria in Makati! It's closer to deep pan than deep dish, but it's legit!

[Photo] This is Pequod's. Chicago pan pizza. What sets it apart is the edge of the crust. The dough is thick and soft, more pillowy than dense or biscuit-like. They press mozzarella against the side of the pan, and as it bakes that cheese caramelizes really dark, giving you a crispy, almost burnt-looking ring around the outside. That's what the place is famous for.

Deep dish is a tourist trap. Real Chicagoans eat thin-crust tavern pizza cut into squares.

Sadly, the best I found was Sbarro. I'd love to know if anyone finds something better.

I love Devilcraft in Kanda so much. I've never seen anything like it here.
